CYF Event Rules & Regulations

By participating in this event, you agree to follow the rules and guidelines established by the CYF organizers.

Be Present and On Time: Attend all scheduled activities, sessions, and meals promptly to make the most of spiritual instruction and program content.
Limit Distractions: Keep electronic gadget use to a minimum and maintain silence during spiritual sessions or quiet times.
Respect Everyone: Treat all staff, leaders, and fellow participants with respect, sportsmanship, and kindness.
Behavior and Accountability: Always maintain proper conduct; misbehavior will be dealt with firmly, and you carry personal responsibility for any damage caused to people, property, or the host venue.
Respect Sleeping Areas: Stay out of quarters designated for the opposite gender to maintain proper boundaries.
Wear Your ID: Always keep your event name tag or ID visible so staff and peers can identify you easily.
Stay On-Site: Do not leave the event venue without express permission from staff.
No Substances: Smoking, drinking alcohol, and taking illegal drugs are strictly forbidden.
Dress Appropriately: Wear suitable clothing for each occasion; keep casual or athletic wear for sports and free time.
Take Care of Belongings and Property: Keep your items safe, do not touch unauthorized equipment or musical instruments, keep the grounds clean, and follow all host venue and staff rules.
